How long does shipping take for new bikes?
Standard delivery for bikes typically takes 3-5 business days. All bikes are professionally inspected and partially disassembled for secure transit before being shipped via our specialist courier partners.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. For bicycle returns, please contact our support team to arrange a specialized collection; a restocking fee may apply.
Do Whytebikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Whyte bike comes with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty covering the frame for up to 2 years and components for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and support Cycle to Work schemes.
How do I choose the correct bike size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide based on height and inside leg measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?
Bikes are delivered 95% assembled. You will typically need to straighten the handlebars, attach the pedals, and perform a final safety check. Easy-to-follow instructions and basic tools are included in the box.
